Before you proceed in sending through your new client booking enquiry, we wish to advise the following:
We are a private practice therefore we don’t offer bulk billed appointments or student/senior discounts.
With a GP referral that includes a Mental Health Care Plan you will be entitled to 10 Medicare rebated
sessions per calendar year. You pay the full fee on the day of your appointment and Medicare reimburse you for part of the fee. The out-of-pocket expense is approximately $136 off peak (8am-2pm) and $152 for peak periods (after 3pm).
If you have private health insurance you may be entitled to a rebate. We advise that you contact your insurance provider and discuss your policy with them prior to your first appointment.
Our fees will depend on the clinician you are booked with and will be discussed with you at the time of booking confirmation.

Please note our office is closed on Monday’s and we generally process new enquiries on Thursday’s and Friday’s. Our phone line is very busy so most of our correspondence is done via email.
