Professional Supervision

Welcome!

I’m glad you’ve found your way here — it means you’re considering professional supervision, and that’s a space I’m passionate about creating for psychologists.

I’m a Psychologist and Clinical Psychosexual Therapist with experience spanning trauma, child protection, couples and relationship therapy, and private practice. Alongside my clinical work, I own and manage two group practices, where I support early-career psychologists and experienced clinicians to grow in confidence and skill.

My pathway into supervision was a natural one. Having worked in hospital, prison, child protection, and private practice settings, I understand the challenges psychologists face at every stage of their career. I’ve also trained extensively — from psychosexual therapy and trauma treatments, through to forensic assessments, EMDR, schema therapy and couples work — and bring this breadth into my supervision.

My Approach to Supervision

Supervision with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in real-world practice. I see supervision as a balance between developing technical skills and nurturing the confidence to sit with uncertainty, complexity, and the deeply human side of therapy.

Together we might:

  • Work through case formulation, assessment, or therapy planning.
  • Explore how your professional identity is evolving.
  • Reflect on challenges in your work, both clinical and emotional.
  • Strengthen your ability to bring clarity, compassion, and confidence into the therapy room.

At its heart, my aim is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can grow as both a clinician and a professional — without losing sight of your unique self.
